Product Warranty

WKdog provides comprehensive consulting and after-sales support to its customers, and you can contact them via email at service@wkdog.com. WKdog hereby provides a two-year warranty service for its products, and will provide free repairs to customers during the warranty period. During this process, you only need to ship the device to the designated location and bear the corresponding shipping costs. WKdog will be responsible for completing the free repair and shipping the device back to you. If the warranty period is exceeded, the cost of the repair will be deducted from your account.
WKdog solemnly promises to the original purchaser that during the warranty period specified above, as long as you use WKdog products normally, the products will not have defects in materials and workmanship. However, it should be clear that GMK does not guarantee that the operation of the product will never be interrupted or error-free. At the same time, WKdog does not assume any responsibility for damage caused by failure to follow the product instructions.
Remedies
If a hardware defect is discovered in the product and WKdog receives a valid claim during the Limited Warranty Period, WKdog will, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, either:
Repair the relevant part of the product free of charge using a new or refurbished replacement part;
Replace the product with a new or refurbished product.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
To apply for a warranty service order, you must submit an application to WKdog during the Limited Warranty Period from the date you received the product. To apply, contact WKdog's service team at service@wkdog.com. To obtain warranty service, you must ship the product in its original packaging or packaging with an equivalent degree of protection to the address specified by WKdog. In accordance with applicable law, WKdog may require customers to provide proof of purchase details and comply with relevant registration requirements before receiving warranty service. In addition, you are responsible for backing up any data, software or other materials stored or saved on the product. Because such data, software or other materials may be lost or reformatted during the service process, WKdog is not responsible for any such damage or loss.

Exclusions and Limitations
This Limited Warranty applies only to products manufactured by or specifically for WKdog, which can be identified by the "WKdog" trademark, trade name or logo, and must be purchased from a WKdog authorized marketplace seller. This Limited Warranty does not apply to any of the following:

• Damage caused by natural disasters such as lightning, tornadoes, etc.;
  
• Damage caused by negligence, damage by human error, or disassembly and
• attempt to repair the device without contacting our support center;
  
• Damage caused by commercial use of the product;
  
• Damage caused by modification of any part of the product;
  
• Damage caused by use of non-WKdog products;
  
• Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes;
• Damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended use specified by WKdog or using incorrect voltage or power supply;
• Damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by personnel who are not representatives of WKdog.

In addition, the recovery and reinstallation of software programs and user data are not covered by this limited warranty. WKdog's dealers, agents or employees are not authorized to make any modification, extension or supplement to this limited warranty. If any provision of this warranty is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
Implied Warranties
Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, the duration of all implied warranties (including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) is limited to the duration of this limited warranty. Please note that some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
