Return Policy

Cancellation of Orders:

To cancel an order, please contact us at service@wkdog.com before the order is shipped. Submitting a cancellation request before the order is shipped does not guarantee a successful cancellation. If the order is successfully cancelled, the customer will receive an email confirmation.

We will not be able to cancel the order after it has been shipped. Please wait for the order to be shipped and contact us within 14 days of shipment to obtain a return label. Rejected orders or failure to follow the return procedures may result in the item being lost in transit or being refused by the warehouse due to lack of return registration, resulting in no refund or exchange.

 Return Process:

(1) Customers can submit a return request at service@wkdog.com within 14 days of receipt. We will send you the return address and shipping notice. Please use the shipping label provided during the return authorization process to ship all approved returns. Items returned to us without prior return request will not be accepted.

(2) After the return, please provide the tracking number to our customer service to process the return or exchange.

(3) We usually process your return package within 3 to 5 business days after it arrives.

Damage and Problems:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it. (Damage to the outer packaging does not equal a problem with the product. Due to the uncertainty of delivery and unforeseen circumstances, we cannot guarantee the integrity of the outer packaging. We recommend that customers file a claim with the carrier immediately after discovering damage to the outer packaging.)

Eligibility:

Please read the conditions below. If all conditions are not met, WKdog reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee of at least 15%. All returned items must be in new condition, in the original unaltered box (including the complete UPC code), and must include all packaging materials, blank warranty cards, manuals, included free items and accessories. The retail price of any free items you retain will be deducted from your reimbursement total. WKdog can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to:

(1) lost or stolen items;

(2) non-physical products;

(3) products received free of charge;

(4) products that have expired;

(5) items damaged by human factors;

(6) products with no quality issues (14 days after purchase);

(7) products from unauthorized dealers/individuals;

(8) products damaged by improper operation (including but not limited to damage caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, floods, fire, earthquakes or other external reasons)

Shipping:

The return or exchange shipping costs incurred by returns due to quality issues will be borne by the WKdog official store, including logistics costs. For non-quality related warranty claims and returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs. 

Refund Policy:

In most cases, we will refund the same method you originally purchased. Please note: We can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. (Note: This does not include cases where customers purchase our equipment knowingly that it is incompatible)
